Douglass joined in 2004. Since then he has represented numerous clients in litigation in state and federal courts in Illinois and across the country.
Douglass spends about half his practice in litigation and dispute the study commissioned by the energy and electricity tax retail and wholesale natural gas, oil and gas partnerships, commodities and energy derivatives dealers and independent operators.
Douglass grew up in Wheaton, Illinois, near Chicago. She now lives with his wife Jennifer and his daughter, Kaitlynn, in Evanston, Illinois. He studied at the University of Pittsburgh (BA 1998), Magna Cum Laude and the University of Georgia School of Law (JD 2002), Magna Cum Laude, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and articles editor of the University of Georgia Law Review .
Douglass is a member of the American Bar Association Sections of Litigation and energy. Also a member of the Advisory Council and Technology Committee of the Institute for Energy Law. ? Douglass’s bar admission are: Illinois, Georgia, the Tax Court of the United States, the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Northern District of Georgia and Central America and the United States Courts of Appeals, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits.
Christopher S. Moore

Moore joined in 2004. Since then he has his practice in complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business liability insurance, partnership disputes, labor disputes and compensation and restrictive covenant litigation focused. Moore has represented numerous companies and individuals in courts throughout the country. Prior to joining Novack and Macey, Moore served as adjunct professor of law at the University of Illinois, where he taught torts and product liability.
Moore grew up in Washington, DC. He currently lives with his wife Carol and son, Henry, in Chicago. He received his university education at the University of Chicago (BA 1993). He studied at the University of Illinois College of Law (JD 1998), Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He also served as editor in chief of the University of Illinois Law Review.
